There is a hill session planned for this Tuesday and so far Fiona, George and i have said we will be there for it. I'll have a look on the suggested session of hills planned out for us by McStecko and we can discuss a suitable hill to attack!

8 happy, smiling harriers turned out on a beautiful sunny evening to do some 'Hill Work' ? ?
Fiona, Kirsty, Judeth, James, Tony, Colin, Jim and George!
James took charge and we warmed up along Lady Marys and then proceeded to run up and down the grassy hill at our own fitness levels!... ( I hate hills!...or at least I hate my inability to run up them!...Grrrr!)
We then regrouped and all ran up over Laggan Hill and back to Taylor Park. . . In the pouring rain?
