I'm heading out for a wee 4 mile jog with dog (last effort before Marathon attempt Rolling Eyes )

So, I wont be running tonight, but, I will gladly meet you in the pub afterwards (I wont be drinking either!) Confused

I'll be in the car park at 7pm to see who turns up and arrange from there.

I know Phil M is away and it was Knock Hill race last night, so might not get many participants?

See you tonight!

I will eat my hat if you are walking on Monday!

Good luck. Take it steady - plenty of isotonic fluids. Walk before you need to.

Will be thinking of you.\

Good luck from Judith, Joka & me; just enjoy the scenery.  So should we save you a bacon buttie from our extended family breakfast tomorrow to fortify you on Monday morning?  By the way, is Lara jealous you're going 26 miles without her or does she intend to sneak along?

Very Happy Colin
