A beautiful Monday morning run. The weather was fantastic and even prompted the first shorts wearing of the year!
Despite the kids still being on holiday, we had a good turn out of 8.
Liz went for a run around the playing fields and managed 15 mins - 10 mins longer than she had managed before due to a calf injury that is being really stubborn about healing. Hopefully she is on the mend now and that her next run can be 20 mins.
I just wanted to do about 3 miles so the rest of us set off along Lady Mary's. I headed back along to the park with George and Shona while the others (Ali, Wendy, Colin and Kona) headed around the 10K route.

Another enjoyable (ignore the pain) morning; kind of Ali, Wendy and Kona to put up with my plodding pace round Laggan. Good to see Liz again and here's hoping she gets back to full fitness before long. Kaz is looking frighteningly ready for a double marathon Fling so here's hoping she gets through it safely.
Shame that Judith couldn't make it (knee and chesty virus) and this has also hit our evening Club runs (we go together or not at all in the evenings - perhaps a bit wimpishly). J's off to see a Knee Fixer in Perth tomorrow so here's hoping we're back to Mondays, Tuesday & Thursdays soon.
