As per instructions 4 (James, Tina, Graham and I) did 6x3min.
We modified it a little to make it a fixed distance after the 1st rep which then made it approx 1/2 M reps.
Well done to all who were there. Graham even took a whistle and had the puff to blow it at the end of each rep. V impressive.
I'm sure we will all benefit although dubious benefit for the fling in 10 days time !!

Sorry J&I didn't make it - injuries dictated otherwise. In my case, the old Achilles flared up - must have been overdoing it on Monday morning - while Judith has strained something-or-other at the business end of her leg system. Not sure if we'll make it to Comrie tomorrow evening (probably not) but hopefully we'll be back for next Monday morning.
Looking forward to watching and marvelling on the 25th...

Colin are you planning to spectate ?
If so bring a good book, its not exactly an olympian pace unless you are watching the front runners.
I will be working on moving forward at whatever pace i can muster. |

I've offered to be transport + miscellaneous support for Kaz, not knowing who else was taking part. Haven't seen anything on the Forum so not sure what (apart from transport) I can do. I planned to chat to Kaz in the next few days to find out.

Thats v noble of you Colin. Its certainly quite a sight seeing a crowd of runners disappear off at Milngavie for a 53 mile run. Ian and I wil be set off an hour after Kaz so wont see you at the start.
May see you at some point in the race depending on how it goes.
If you or Kaz need any advice re logistics do get in touch
