Angela, Wendy, Liz and I are meeting on Tues morning at 9am at Taylor Park for some speed work.
All are welcome.
Hope to see some of you there to share on the hideousness that is speed work.
Kaz.

Karen, you are either an optimist or you recover incredibly quickly from long runs. If I can do speedwork on Tuesday morning, after running 31 miles on the Sunday before, it would be a miracle |

Fair Point - well made.
I have said that I am reserving judgement, but I can always hobble about and just get the legs moving.
I have been OK 2 days after 22 miles but yes a further 9 miles could push me firmly over the 'Tipping Point'!
Off to get my clobber ready.
See you 'bright and breezy'.
Kaz
