Same arrangements as before - 9.45am at Taylor Park for 10am start. Not decided yet whether to start together or do a handicap start. Either way it is a good chance to get in a fast session and beat your previous times. Hope to see as many as possible there.

I think the time trial is a great addition to the organised club runs, it keeps us together in one place no matter what your abilities.
What about a double start?.....'A' team & 'B' team ...'A' team (the slowies!) start at 10 o'clock with the 'B' team (the fasties!) starting 15 mins later?
It puts pressure on the 'A' team not to get beaten by a 'B' and vice versa!
Having said all that…I’m sorry, I can’t make it this Saturday as I’m day shift.
Thanks again Ian for putting it together! _________________ "Sorry, I've got to run." |

Times from yesterday (we all started together so no handicap):
Phil Tipping - 32.15
Ian Beattie - 33.47
Angela Mackenzie - 35.38
Wendy Duigan - 37.15
Tina Fetter - 43.32
Colin Tipping - 44.16
One lap: (2.62 miles)
Ali Manners 22.15
James Manners - 22.15
Judith Tipping - 24.27
Well done to Phil T, Ian B, Wendy D and Colin T, all of whom ran faster than their previous best time. Also well done to Tina F, who is the only person that has done all three 5 mile time trials (although Ali M has been there every time and has done two 5 miles and one 2.62 miles).
Next one is on Saturday 28 February - put it in your diary
