A small but select group of runners this evening for a conventional but enjoyable Wednesday run round Crieff.

Good to see Pete Gaylor back out again - keep it up, Peter, you know it will get easier and you'll speed up as you lose those extra pounds!

Great also to welcome Tina on her first run with the Harriers. I very much hope that an hour in the company of Peter, Phil T, James and me will not have put you off completely, and we'll be pleased to see you again on club runs and at the time trial session on Saturday, meeting at Taylor Park at 9.45.
