Wednesday Nov 4Just the four of us out on a cool but not unpleasant evening for the usual route round Crieff.
Jim was nursing a sore leg and after Callum's hill he went homewards down the Perth Road while Jack and I ran hard to try to catch James on the always enjoyable long downhill back to the Rec.
Good run and good prep for Tinto on Saturday.
