Tuesday Sept 22Phil T led us - Phil M, Tony, Jack and me - at a very brisk pace around the 10k route, more or less, but in reverse.
Half way round a wasp stung Phil T on the tongue, which he reported as being painful(!) but fortunately without any more serious consequences.
