Tue 28th JulyLast night a fantastic 9 harriers (plus one blonde dog) turned out for what was effectively a recce of leg1 for the up coming relay in August. It was great to see so many and hopefully a sign of things to come.
It turned out to be a really sociable run and I was delighted to be able to scrounge some jelly babies from Gordon and dextrose tabs from Fiona. I completely let the group down by going all flakey but did subsequently recover. Thanks Fiona and Gordon !!
We arrived at the end of leg1 together and then made our way back at varying pace to just beat the rain. All in all a brilliant run that had something for everyone.
