Time trial January 10thA very good turnout for an enjoyable time trial run this morning round Lady Mary's walk, so thanks to Ian for organising it and doing the timing on the day.
We had 13 runners, not counting Lara, with support from Ian and Phil M, both not running because of illhealth.
Times for the 5 mile course were as follows:

The intention is to have time trials every second Saturday, but Jan 24th is the Devils Burdens race so the next time trial will be on Jan 31st instead, same time, same place. (That's Taylor Park at 9.45 am).

Wish I could have been there, but I am afraid my stomach was having none of it.
