Thursday 28th May - ComrieI'm heading out for a wee 4 mile jog with dog (last effort before Marathon attempt  )
So, I wont be running tonight, but, I will gladly meet you in the pub afterwards (I wont be drinking either!) 
I'll be in the car park at 7pm to see who turns up and arrange from there.
I know Phil M is away and it was Knock Hill race last night, so might not get many participants?

Hi George, i can't make it out tonight for a run or drink  as Phil is away and Daniel out so have no sitter for Dom. Good luck for Sunday, looks like its going to be a warm one!

Well, you never missed anything....nobody turned up  .
Probably just as well.....I wouldn't have been able to resist a pint of 'Best'.
