Thursday 23 JulyJust a small group of me, myself and I this evening, doing a 40 minute run in pleasant sunshine round the paths above Comrie.
Having done a run up and down Ben Vorlich yesterday my legs were complaining very loudly at more or less any movement, so it was probably just as well that I could run at my own pace this evening.
