Sunday October 25thFor the regular Sunday runners: Just a reminder that the clocks go back tonight giving us an extra hour in bed! So meet at Taylor Park at 8.15 for a Crieff run.
Top tip for those Harriers who would come running on Sunday morning if only it wasn't so darned early: Why not delay changing your clocks until you get back from the club run. That way tomorrow's run will be at the much more civilized time of 9.15 instead of the hideously early 8.15!

5 of us showed up for the club run this morning. Liz decided to do a time trial round the usual route so the 4 of us set off towards Ochtertyre into the woods above the Turret burn to Kiplonie Bridge. We managed to persuade Jim McC to take on one last hill up towards Easter Knockbae, near the new water works, where we picked up a really nice grassy track which took us down to the top of the Barvick falls. We took the steep footpath down alongside the falls and then finished off along the road back to the Hosh and up to the Hydro where John B showed me and Digby a clean pair of heels and Jim made up his own route back home probably along Lovers' Walk and up the road into town.
A very enjoyable but hilly six miler or so.
