Sunday 31st MayWeather looks like being lovely this Sunday morning! So far Kona, Kaz(and presumably Al), Liz and Phil have indicated they will drag themselves out of their beds for this one!

Al had originally planned to come but as he is sat with his head over a steam bath trying to relieve his recurring sinus problem it looks like I will be a solo Nicholl.
Looking forward to a Comrie run.

What a beautiful morning for a run.
6 of us out this morning - ladies outnumbering the men 2:1.
Phil M, Patrick, Kona, Liz, Cathy and myself headed around leg1 in reverse. The reason for this was so Liz could pull out early if her calf bothered her. It was lovely to run it this way for a change and I am glad to say that Liz made the full distance, so she is truly on the mend.
I absolutely love running in Comrie and today did not disappoint; mountains stretching out in the distance with a little morning cloud still lying in the valley below Glendevon.
