Stirling 10KWell done to Will and Tony on their race yesterday.
Will posted an excellent 36.27 which must be a PB I would have thought and Tony 43.07 which shows he is in good form as well.
Lets hear the details guys.

42.21 on the chip time (started way at the back), which is a PB, and top 15 in the 50+ age group.
Very good race conditions and flat course, but not the most scenic route ever run. The stretch past the sewage works was a good incentive to keep pushing at the end.
So, Pitlochry on Sunday...

Well done Tony! I know you were gunning for sub 43 so that's a good result - and Pitlochry on Sunday. As Phil T (and half the club) knows, Pitlochry is always a good bet for a PB ...Sorry, just couldn't resist it. Looks like I need to go back to SSA (sh** stirrers anonymous) for some more therapy.

Fair comment McStecko. A PB on a short course doen't count, does it?

This weekend would provide an ideal opportunity for the doubters to see how they perform on the alledged short course.
