Perth 10K 30th AugHi
Anyone interested in the Perth 10K this weekend??
If anyone would like a lift I'd be happy to drive. It's a flat route, so very good for a fast time! Also got good showers, but no food so take your own.
Thanks

Angela - sorry but can't this year because of family lunch in Kenmore.
Enjoy the run and hope you win a prize again!

Thank you Allan and Gordon for your replies.
Allan, I'm not really fit enough for the Sub 40 this weekend, more likely to be pleased just to get 42 or under. Have you done any more sub 40's or are you sights on something else now?
Gordon, thank you and enjoy your lunch!
If there's any harriers making their own way - I see you there!!
Thank you

Hi Angela,
Sub 42 is still a good time. I am training for dumfries half on the 27th Sept, then Starthaven 10k in Nov and the Tinto hill race in Nov too.
I am looking forward to strathaven as that race leaves some unfinished business, I hope my friend runs as it was a debatable result last time:)
Good luck on sunday let us know how u get on.

Well never got to do Perth 10K as on Saturday I came down with a cold!
I'd like to think I'd be able to do Strathaven as I think it's a great race - I'll let you know nearer time if going. I just need to be carefull as I never want to get pneumonia again, so going to be taking it easy over the winter.
Good luck on 27th!
Cheers
Angela
