Monday 3rd August 2009Only 2 official harriers out on Monday morning - myself and Colin.
We were joined by Robbie's brother Jack (I think that is his name) who is probably going to join the harriers- always good to have some young blood and also 2 friends that Fiona runs with at Stirling Uni. Poor Fiona couldn't run due to shin splints., but Helen and Ann enjoyed their run with us and offered a reciprocal visit run with them on a Wednesday evening around Dumyat area which was very kind.
We just did the 10k route in reverse but as I hadn't done the route for a while it was rather enjoyable especially when Colin pointed out the fault line that seperates the lowlands and highlands - very interesting!
Looking forward to seeing a few more regulars back from holidays.
