8 of us out this morning. Welcome to Steff who did her first( and hopefully not her last) run with us. We decided for a change that we would tackle the Knock so we ran over the park and up past Culcrieff and around the Knock in a clockwise direction. We then ran back to the park via The Hosh and Lover's Walk.
