Dunblane Hydro 7.5 mile road raceAnother message received about a local-ish race that might be of interest:This years Dunblane Hydro 7.5 Mile Road Race is being held on Sunday 24th May at 1pm We have a lovely challenging route and an unusual distance so why not consider coming to Dunblane and joining our event. The start time is 1pm which means you don't even have to get up at the crack of dawn ! Why not bring along the family to the grounds of the beautiful Dunblane Hydro Hotel to join in the fun ? The 1st Lady and I did this race last year.
It was a cracking race which we both enjoyed. The last 200m are up the hill to the hotel which is a bit of a sting in the tail but I would recommend it despite that. It was also a valuable source of championship points. You do have to pre-enter. |
