Cross Country Season

As noted by Gordon, the Cross Country Season is upon us.

The season basically consists of the following events:

1. East District Cross Country Relays - 11th Oct  Embarassed
2. East District Cross Country League race 1 - 18th Oct  Embarassed
3. National Cross Country Relays (Cumbernauld) - 25th Oct
4. East District Cross Country League race 2 (Broxburn) - 22nd Nov
5. East District Cross Country Champs (Cupar) - 6th Dec
6. East District Cross Country League race 3 (Dunfermline) - 18th Jan
7. Scottish National Masters Champs (Irvine) - 7th Feb
8. Scottish National Champs (Falkirk) - 21st Feb
