Cross country season now open!Just noticed it's Cross country time again, and the first of the East League events is at Broxburn next Saturday October 18th, ladies race at 1.55 and mens race at 2.30.
The other dates for the league are November22nd in Broxburn and January 18th in Dunfermline.
So who's up for the 18th?

Its the Aviemore half marathon on the 19th so I wont be doing the X country on the 18th. Good luck to those that do.
I should be injured by Nov 22nd if previous years are anything to go by.
