Cotswold WayJust a quick note which I will follow up with a full report when I can spend enough time on a computer that works properly.
Last sunday, Monday and Tuesday were spent doing the Cotswold Way. This is a 102 mile trail taking in 3900m of ascent.
I did it in 32m/30m and a 40m final day.
Weather was generally horrendous but I was superbly supported by my Father which helped enourmously.
All in all a very positive 3 days with no apparent significant injuries.
Its a great route with loads of variety and lovely villages.
There is an annual relay along the route which Phil and Liz have done before which might make a good away trip one year???

love the blog Phil- I didn't know you had this. This is another way to inspire mere mortals like myself. Well done on the Cotswold run, sounds a bit of a challenge but enjoyable along the way.

Enjoyed the blog though it sounds like the Cotswold Way wasn't quite as well signposted as you would have liked! Great stuff though and sure it will stand you in good stead for the WHW. Might have come to cheer you all on at the WHW if we weren't both otherwise engaged with our mini version of pain-gain.
