Cancer Research 10kmSeonaid & I flew the Harriers flag today at this event at Scone palace.Despite never being able to compete with most of the hill runs,marathons & other awesome Harrier achievements,we do prove that middle aged Mums can still run!On a windy,muddy but scenic off road course Seonaid had a commendable run only hampered by her insistence of waiting for me which made me feel too guilty to walk! As i was bushed after the warm up we wont mention times but this is a cause close to both of our hearts & well worth the effort. We were abley supported by Seonaids daughter ,Catriona & my convalescing hubby & a puppy. If I can crawl out of bed in the am hope to see the mon am 'girls'.
PS The best reason to remain a Harrier- they know how to party & especally karioki,thanks Liz & Phil !

Good effort, ladies!
Kaz and I did that course last year and, although it's a scenic route, it's not an easy course so well done.
I'm sure the ladies will enjoy dragging you out on a victory lap of Crieff on Monday morning.

Very well done to you both  . Glad you enjoyed Friday although it was a shame your driver let you down and you couldn't make the most of the punch fountain . See you next Monday when hopefully we'll all be recovered from this weekend.
