For the second week in a row it was just James, Jim and me doing more or less the standard Wednesday town circuit.

Cold and clear with a very bright moon, so headtorches not required.

I hope to join you all when shifts allow. However it maybe into the new year as holidays seem to be getting in the way !
These wednesdy night runs are great for some fast running....
