Six runners out on a hot and sunny evening - Liz, Shelagh, Fiona, Jim, James and I did a loop of about 8 miles round Monzievaird Loch, along to Trowan and then back along Lady Mary's.
The pace was easy, but for me it was just great to be running again after a long lay off.
