So far Colin, Judith,George and myself have indicated that they will be out tomorrow evening for the club run so hopefully we should get a few groups out.

Just to confirm we'll both be there. Judith will come and have a little hobble if her knee doesn't calm down from the exertions of this morning. In the potential absence of Judith, I might also be there for Comrie on Thursday to keep the half marathon miles up if anyone else will settle for running at my pace for the duration.

| I should be there. I think my legs have just about recovered from Digby's detours last Thursday. |

7 of us out for the Tuesday run. We split up into 3 groups this evening:
Group 1- George, Judith and Fiona kept to Lady Mary's due to Judith only being able to run on the flat due to her Housemaids Knee and George only wanting to do a few miles in preparation for his marathon on Sunday!
Group 2 - Liz and Colin ran around the 10k route.
Group 3 - Philip and Tony whizzed around the 10k. |

Not being a natural evening runner, I was OK with coming with Judith mid-week when she was uninjured. What with her now-infamous knee problem, I've been even more of a grumble-guts about turning out and potentially running on my own (where are you, then, George?). So thanks again to Liz for escorting me round the 10k route last evening at my snail's pace. Good to get the extra miles in for the half marathon on 21st June, though, so here's hoping the medics will fix THE KNEE in time.....
