Five of us congregated at the park this Tuesday. Shelagh and i did a full 20 min run in the playing fields and the others did the 10k route i think.
Good luck to everyone racing this weekend - The 3 runners doing The Highland Fling and James doing The London Marathon!

Great news Liz - next step 25mins! Looking forward to getting back to our regular run and coffee mornings!
Good Luck, James. Just think when you are suffering with a few miles to go be comforted by the fact that us nutters still have that distance to go again!
Let us know how you get on.

Sorry we missed you all on Tuesday. J's been diagnosed with water on the knee (true) so the treatment is obviously a tap on it (possibly not true). The four unmatchable examples this weekend are just the incentive we need to get back to weekday evenings as well as Monday mornings.
Good luck to everyone for tomorrow and Sunday and look forward to hearing any gory details we missed live or on the box later!
Colin
