Just a reminder that the next 5 mile time trial will take place next Saturday (31 January). Arrangements are the same as last time - meet at Taylor Park at 9.45, so we can jog up for a 10 o'clock start. Hope to see a good turnout.

On the basis that this may be the only occasion I can post a time faster than my wife (since she'll be in Hong Kong...), I'll be there to lose my time trial virginity. Bit late in life to give up being a virgin, I know, but I'm told the process brings untold pleasure... Woe betide the person who said that if there's only pain!
P.S. Joka (ancient dog with short legs) says he'd rather stay at home next Saturday after being dragged out of the warm for this morning's run....
