A very good turnout for an enjoyable time trial run this morning round Lady Mary's walk, so thanks to Ian for organising it and doing the timing on the day.

We had 13 runners, not counting Lara, with support from Ian and Phil M, both not running because of illhealth.

Times for the 5 mile course were as follows:

John Burke 31.15
Will Manners 32.36
Digby Sym 34.00
Gordon Morrison 36.45
Graham Martin 39.05
Karen Wesley 39.54
Ali Manners 39.59
Liz Mestecky 40.07
Cathy Tilbrook 41.01
Fran Loots 45.41
Tina Fetter 48.21
Kirsty McKay 51.37

George Carson 25.18 for one circuit only (2.62 miles)

The intention is to have time trials every second Saturday, but Jan 24th is the Devils Burdens race so the next time trial will be on Jan 31st instead, same time, same place. (That's Taylor Park at 9.45 am).

Wish I could have been there, but I am afraid my stomach was having none of it.
