Apologies for the somewhat impersonal posting but I just wanted to say thank you so much to all the Harriers who sponsored us to complete the Lowe Alpine Mountain Marathon last weekend.

Thanks to your generosity, Medic Malawi will be able to feed and provide medical care for approx 70 children for a week which is fantastic.
