Hi Folks,
Hope this is the right category- planning a run. On sunday there are a few of us heading up to Tinto Hill in Lanarkshire which is a 1500 feet climb. I realise its a bit of a distance from crieff but its something different. We are meeting at the base of the hill at 9am.
It will probably take about 1hr up and down- much faster for the faster ones out there.
Hope you can make it further details at http://www.carnethy.com/ri_tinto.htm#May
Please note Ali and Phil no mention of 10k I have put that one to rest now

Brilliant but tough. The last time I ran it was 6 years ago and that was tougher. I was 7 mins faster but still had to walk a few times. I am going to do it now every month and build up to a good hill race.
Hope everyone's training is going well and injury free.
Take care _________________ Keep Smiling |

Nice one Allan. Sounds like a good run.
What hill race are you thinking of doing?
