Please try not to be distracted by the irony of me writing a run diary entry for a normal early Sunday morning run.
What a good turnout and what a good run!
Ali, Liz, Rowan, Phils T and M, Ian, Peter M, Fred, Digby and myself (hope I didn't forget anyone) gathered on a cold but dry morning. The run was from Taylor Park up Laggan Hill and on round the 10k route. Just past Trowan Farm the ladies carried on back to Taylor Park and the rest of us went over the pipe and up and over the hill to Alichmore then down and back round to the start.
Good run, good company. I felt much the better for it (after a shower and a sit down with the Sunday paper and a nice cup of tea).
Which is not of course to say that I'm going to make a habit of such early rising.
