Six of us out this morning plus Polly the dog. We ran out along Lady Mary's to Trowan Farm where we lost Phil T who set off towards Auchingarrich via the Glascorrie Rd. The rest of us followed Jim McC along the other bank of the river. The path was a bit wild in places with overhanding branches and high grass and hidden rocks underfoot but for the most part runnable thanks to the efforts of the local rod danglers. We emerged out by the Braidhaugh and ran through the aroma of Sunday morning fry-ups in the caravan park. Digby and Jim then ran back up to Town while Liz, Kona and I came back to MacRosty via Dallerie Fields.
