All bar me and Will decided to celebrate St David's day with a well deserved long lie this Sunday.
We had a most enjoyable 1 hour run out along Lady Mary's, up to Puddock pond, over to and around Loch Monzievaird, across Ochtertyre to the Loch Turret road, up the track that goes to the big stone pile, back to the Hosh, Lovers' Walk and back across Macrosty Park.
Since there isn't an emoticon for smug I'll have to use instead...

At least 3 other Harriers dispensed with a long lie as well.
Kaz, Ian and I made our way out west for a 31M run on the west highland way. We started at the Drovers Inn in Inverarnan and made our way to the Kingshouse. After contending with knee deep (Kaz) cow sh#t and sleety showers we enjoyed a bowl of soup with other like minded souls (nutters) at the kingshouse. Well done to kaz who set a new long distance record for herself. |

Indeed it was a great run.
Legs are tickety boo and ankles have recovered from General Wade's bloomin' road so back to it tomorrow.
Was in my bed asleep by 9pm on Sunday - didn't even manage a sip of that wine I bought, Ian!
