The 1st of the spiced up Sunday runs went really well today.

9 of us headed out in St Fillians: Phill M, Matt, Al, Gordon and Digby aswell as Me, Liz M, Kona and Elaine - oh and I musn't forget Polly. Beautiful morning and fabulous run - hills, trail, mud and wonderful views down the Loch. Well worth the early start and we are looking forward to next month's run already.

Hope to see even more of you next month (Oct 19th)
