Five humans, one dog, this morning; Shiela, Tracy, Big Karen + Dino, Judith & I, on a cool but dry morning very pleasant for a sociable run.

At Shiela's suggestion, we headed off towards the Earn bridge via the Dallerie path, along the main road towards Muthill then looped round behind the Visitor Centre back to the bridge. Down Broich Avenue to Broich Road and back down Ford Road whence we started.  Being a pretty flat route, Judith (despite a slowly dwindling iron deficiency crisis) managed to come with us all the way so well done her.

Karen now remembers St Michael for strictly non-religious reasons. Ask her why.

I am so sorry, Wendy. Do you think I had the swine flu' and gave it to you? Are your legs in serious amounts of pain, particularly the ankles, feet , shins and hips? Do your eyes hurt in the light, Do you have a temperature? Is your HR raised? Do you feel exhausted after simply typing your message? If that's how you feel then I am really, really sorry!

Take it really easy, sleep loads and loads and in about 3 weeks you will start to feel like you have a reasonable amount of energy!

Take care.

Kaz
