There were 10 of us out this morning even without having the regulars George, Tracey and Kaz. We had a good run around the 10k.

Thanks again for the opportunity to meet my new friends again in my Sunset Years, even if one or two of them are a little boisterous.  We Oldies have to take life steadily but I really look forward to Laggan Hill and you bunch of lovely Humans.  I will do my best to keep fit and come with you for a long time yet.  (And thanks to My Human for translating my barks into this message).
