A good turn out this morning; Ali (safe back from her OMM adventure), Liz, Fiona, Beth (hoping to make a regular return now her shifts have settled), George and myself (Kaz).

After intially loosing George as Lara tugged him up the hill, we decided on heading round the side of the knock and over the hydro golf course. The view was spectacular, especially as the hills were all snwcapped this morning. We then headed down to The Hosh and onto Currochs and up to Ochtertyre (I believe that is the correct name for half way up Lagan hill).

I then headed on around the 10k route as guests and a touch of a cold had rendered me a little lazy over the weekend and my legs had a wee spring in them for the first time since Pentland sky line - possibly the rest was a good thing.
