Another lovely Autumnal Monday morning run.
7 of us (Liz, Fran, Tracey, Judith, George, Colin and myself) headed out around the 10k rout in reverse.
A pretty uneventful run: Autumn leaves to run through ad the odd section of slippery mud, but no one tripped over any covered roots or scooted onto butts from the mud.
Very enjoyable indeed.

Good to see George again in fine form (voice, if not the rest of his body), Judith (hopefully) pretty well recovered from her knee problem and Kaz looking in excellent sheepdog shape.
With Judith now off to Scottish Country Dancing on a Wednesday evening, and my ankle definitely too busy complaining painfully about the twisty stuff involved, I'm thinking instead about going out on the Wednesday evening Club run (ankle OK running, hates twisty dancing). Since this would almost certainly involve a few nanoseconds watching the proper runners disappear into the distance followed by most of an hour plodding around on my own in the gloom, and since this is not very enticing to me as a dedicated morning person, I wondered if anyone else near to my pace was interested in a Wednesday evening plod (and possibly a few new jokes)?
Let me know via the Forum or on 01764 652425.
