A wonderful Monday morning run in amazing winter weather.

10 runners and 4 dogs headed around the 10k route attacking Laggan hill first.

A wee stop before Puddocks for Kona to peel off (well done for not getting carried away - take it easy for the next few weeks and you will be back to fitness in no time at all) and before we knew it we were back at Taylor Park.
