A fantastic, warm, sunny morning! Cool

Ali, Liz, Karen W, Seonaid, Kona, Judeth, Colin & George:-

All went round the Crieff 10k in reverse, with Ali & Liz ensuring that all the lazy runners (me!) Embarassed

put in maximum effort to get to the top of the hill (thank you!).

Another great Monday Run - The perfect way to start the week!

Nice to get back to the school-term numbers - and not least to have My Better Half back in training. She's already doing depressingly well on the treadmill at home so the next challenge is to do it on the road and hills and run past me every Monday. George might also have talked Judith and I into joining the Wednesday evening brigade as well (only to admire as they disappear into the distance, of course...). Ho hum - wonder if I'll ever get the hang of going out after a hard day's not-working-any-more.
