A small but select (!) group of 5 plus one hound ran around the 10k route back to front. Perfect running conditions, still with clear skies. Today saw the return of Karen & Dino which was a lovely surprise. She will be back to Monday runs from now on which is great news....we've missed you both!

Good company again this morning - especially for Judith now getting back into proper running training (after horse, riding, quick ground visit, ribs, pain, August - you get the picture). Monday mornings now a good time of the week for us both - provided we also remember as we pour the wine on Sunday evenings...
I'll be there next Monday morning, possibly dilapidated but undoubtedly with some extra weight to run off whilst Judith works (almost) her last day before joining me in Lifelong Idleness.
Merry Christmas to all our readers. Have a lovely one.

Indeed a lovely run this morning. Boy oh boy could I feel my legs after yesterday. I knew I would regret that last hill!
I think however our run was the most relaxing and least strenuous part of the day as I had to head into Stirling for the last Christmas shop. My hands are still numb from the bags cutting into them!
I must awa to finish our packing. Have a lovely Christmas 'one and all'.
Kaz.
