Boy it was good to be back out with the ladies. 9 of us set off together up Lover's and back up towards Laggan hill via the Hosh.

Fran, Tracy and Sheilagh head back before the rest of us continued up Laggan hill and down to Lady Mary's beside the river.  

Good old pace back along the flat to the beach and we got back to the cars just before the rain.
