Another good turn out for the Monday 'crew' including Fiona on her first run post marathon, and Al on holiday for the week.

Also braving the grizzly, drizzly rain were: Ali M (a good dress rehearsal for the OMM this wekend as it is in one of the wettest parts of the UK), Liz, Shielagh, Kathleen, George, Colin, Judith and myself.

We headed off over Taylor Park and up the road towards the hydro before dropping down into the forest to Lover's Lane where we headed to the Hosh, Currochs, up Laggan Hill and back via the forever stretching onwards Lady Mary's.

Despite being pretty grotty when we headed off, the rain eased and for the most part it was pretty dry which was a bonus.

It was great just to be back running, but boy is it frustrating after you've been unwell - still - can't complain as at least I'm finally able to run.

Thanks for a great run guys and all the best of luck to Ali and Will this weekend. Remember the hotel waiting for you at the end, Ali!!!
