A light turn out this morning due to half term, but a very enjoyable run none the less.

Karen W, Colin, Fiona and myself headed out around the 10k route in reverse. It was a really nice plod to wake the legs back up after a weekend off.

I am sure the numbers will be back up to their usual next week, although I may not be there as I am booked in for a massage spa day with my sis and mum for my sis's birthday.
