A great Monday run, this morning.

7 of us headed out around the 10k in reverse. We had to scramble up the steep river bank as the river had come over the path thanks to down pour we have had over the weekend.

All was uneventful until I took a slow mo' commando roll as a result of Polly taking an interest in my ankles. Daft mutt! It is a good job I am so fond of the silly brute!

We managed to get back to the car park with no more hiccups and before the rain came back on - always a bonus.

I don't know if you were out last week, but it was good to have you out this morning Kathleen - welcome.
