I ran 1.29.45 yesterday in the Kilmacolm half marathon. But before anyone starts getting excited about the fact I was under an hour and a half, I feel obliged to point out that by my reckoning (and by the reckoning of my GPS) the course was 300 yards or so too short. Either that or I had an incredibly quick first and last mile, and my GPS wasn't working

Nice one Ian. Either way its an impressive effort just 2 weeks after a 42 mile race.
