Hi Folks,

I just had to share this exciting concept with you.  Inspired by Phil's training sessions I have been following the pyramid and hill sessions (still trying for the sub 40) May 9th Pollok 10k!

Anyway I combined them both - on a 3 minute hill, do 3 minutes, then 2, then 1 and then reverse it.  What a tough session as your recoveries are all messed up.

I felt sick or that may have been the king rib supper I had a few hours earlier!

Hope all is well with everyone

Nice one Allan. Glad to hear your taking the nutrition side of your preparation so seriously.
Good luck with the 10K and go off easy !!!
