Phil T and Liz T both completed the Dublin Marathon today latest results are:
Phil 3.14.34 and Liz 4 48.
Well done to both1! I'm sure Phil will give us a full report when he gets home. Very Happy

well done Phil (and Liz).  Sounds like a really solid performance, particularly given your concerns about a lack of training.  Sub 3 again next year?

I would love to be able to run sub 3 again. Its a very hard thing to get it all right. However its a good aim to have and will go on my wishlist for 2010.

Well done to you both.  An inspiring report Phil, maybe add this to my wish list for 2011.

Excellent Liz, your 1st marathon- did you utter they words at the end? 'never again' or are you planning your next?
